Welcome to Bluefin Watersports Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bluefin Watersports Ltd service and website, please read them carefully. By visiting the Bluefin Watersports Ltd website you accept, and agree to the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change our website, policies and these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the website and it is your responsibility to check these regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide to us are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received and is being processed . The order confirmation is not a guarantee that the goods will be supplied. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock, do not deliver to your area or the product was listed at an incorrect price. In the rare case that we cannot fulfil your order we will notify you of the order cancellation via email within five days.

We take reasonable care to ensure that published product details, specifications and suitability information appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We endeavour to ensure that colours appear as realistic as possible, however, owing to the limitations of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

We endeavour to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to deliver all items within 4-5 days of receipt of your order. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

Bluefin Watersports Ltd has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact sales@bluefinwatersports.com with your order number.

Occasionally we may have to withdraw an item because it has been discontinued or is not available from the manufacturer. If you have placed an order for an item that is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative ( if available) or a refund.

Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards via PayPal and Sagepay. Card charges will appear on your statement as "Bluefin".

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer’s price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable. Postage and Packing costs will be added at checkout, and will vary depending on the value, size, weight, and delivery address of the order.

Due to the nature of the credit card clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on the payment provider.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your Bluefin Watersports order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility

The majority of UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail Recorded or Next Day Special Delivery but large orders will be shipped via courier.

Where possible international orders will be despatched via airmail. High value or heavy orders will be sent by courier.

All products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as we may have already packaged your order click here. If your order has left our warehouse and is in transit you will be required to still take delivery of this parcel and to return it to us as described in our returns policy.

We encourage you to leave reviews, comments and product questions on our website. We regularly monitor this content and we reserve the right to remove, reject or edit it at any time. When submitting information to our website as a review, product question or customer comment you understand that what you have submitted is not copyright protected and you are permitting its appearance on the Bluefin Watersports Ltd website.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, interruption, damage or impairment to the website or access to it. You, and not Bluefin Watersports Ltd are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to withdraw any products or special offer discounts from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product or special offer from this Website, whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. We reserve the right to end special offers or discounts early for any reason.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) . This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will use reasonable endeavours to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain types of goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
